Do you have an iPhone? You should get the free "Report-A-Dog" app! It allows you to enter information about a chained dog you've spotted and the info goes directly to the Dogs Deserve Better offices. Educational materials will be mailed to the dog's "guardians" and/or an area rep will visit!
