Many reports from all over the country are coming in about dogs freezing to death already, even in shelters. So please watch for homeless dogs and chained dogs with no shelter and report them. Also, try to get the dogs out of these cruel shelters and get them shut down. All the reports of these type of shelters that I have heard are government run and we need to tell them that this is unaccaptable. Both Ohio and California have shelters such as these. I think we are in for a cold one so lets do our part to keep as many pets warm and cozy this winter. If only I could bring my horses in to the house.
